Eugeniusz Gordziejuk
Eugeniusz Gordziejuk is director-production at the Studio for Film Miniatures in Warsaw, since 1994. His first film achievements are associated with work on Krzysztof Kieslowski's film "First Love" in 1974. In 1977, he started working at the Studio for Film Miniatures and later held senior positions in it. He has been personally involved as assistant director in more than 140 films. He is a member of the Association of Polish Filmmakers. Winner of Honorary Award for Achievements in Polish Culture of the Minister of Culture and the National Heritage of Poland. Eugeniusz has written screenplays mostly for children. He has collaborated with some of the most famous Polish animation artists such as Jan Lenica, Jerzy Kalina, Leszek Komorowski, Wieslaw Zieba and others.He holds workshops with children and adolescents in Poland and abroad, in order to acquaint viewers with the process of creating animated films while at the same time he shows the viewers with the achievements of Polish animation. For his achievements in 2010, Eugeniusz Gordziejuk was nominated with the award of the Polish Film Art Institute in the category "Educating young audience".
